At MIRIS Eau De Parfum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible fragrance products.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original bottle and packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
